The development objective of the Xinjiang Technical and Vocational Education and Training Project for China is to improve the quality and relevance of project schools to produce students’ skills that respond to the labor market demand in Xinjiang. The project comprises of two components. The first component, school-based reforms and innovations consists of following five sub-components: (i) strengthen the linkage between schools and industry
